And if they are not fixed to stop having little babies they will have more puppies & kittens. And those puppies & kittens grow up and next hundreds of their babies end up in animal shelters nationwide. And we do not want that to happen - do we? If you are going to bring a new pet into your home - please remember to reach out for the pets that are located at the animal shelters.Read More
I adopted my adult cat Frisky at the local SPCA because I felt that others would select a kitten first at the shelter and I did not want Frisky to be without a home because the shelter was already full of many adult cats & tons of kittens. Kittens find home faster while adult cats are last to go. Glad I did, Frisky waits for me to come home from work and purrs the minute I walk in the door. I am working now with a cat hoarder case in our town. Most of the cats were in bad shape & time we report this cat hoarder. Remember if you are aware of any type of pet hoarding contact your local shelter. It saves people and pets lives. Pet NewsTOP
